For Clerks: 24 years as on 01.06.2017. (Candidates should be born on or after 01.06.1993).
For Officers (Scale I): 26 years as on 01.06.2017. (Candidates should be born on or after 01.06.1991).
For Officers (Scale I): Rs. 11765-31540/-pm.
For Clerks: Rs. 23700-42020/-pm.
For Officers (Scale I):
1] Candidates who complete/had completed Post Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks, during the academic year 2016-17 in regular mode (completed and/or passed out in May / June 2017) from any recognized university or other institutions.
2] Should have obtained minimum 60% marks for SSC or equivalent exam, 60% marks for Plus 2 or equivalent exam and 60% marks for graduation.
3] Should have cleared all papers of the qualifying examination as on the date of the process conducted by the Bank.
Candidates who complete/had completed Graduation with minimum 55% marks for Science discipline and minimum 50% marks for other streams during the academic year 2016-17 in regular mode (completed and/or passed out in May / June 2017) from any recognized university or other institutions.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on Online Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview or any other mode of selection to be decided by the Bank.
For Officers (Scale I): Rs. 700 for General/ Others candidates and Rs. 350 for SC/ST candidates.
For Clerks: SC/ST candidates have to pay Rs. 250 and Rs. 500 for General/ Others candidates.
Payment should be made through online by using a Master / Visa Debit or Credit Card, Net Banking.
How to Apply:
1] Candidate must possess a valid e-mail ID & mobile number which should be valid during the currency of the recruitment process.
2] Call letter can be downloaded from the Bank’s website prior to the date of online aptitude test. Bank may send communications with regard to the selection process & final interview to the registered e-mail ID/mobile number. In case, a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID / own mobile number, he/ she should create his/ her e-mail ID and mobile number before applying online.
3] To submit applications online, log on to Bank’s website www.federalbank.co.in follow the link „Careers‟, and click “Apply Online” under „Recruitment process for the post of Clerks / Officers‟ provided in the ‘Careers’ page. Read the eligibility criteria and ensure the instructions carefully, and fill in the relevant details as sought in the online application form. After filling up all details required in the application and uploading photograph & signature, click ‘Submit‟ available at the bottom of the online application for proceeding to the online payment gateway. Candidates shall make the necessary payments as applicable to register their applications for the post of Clerks or Officer.
4] The Name of the candidate and of his /her Father/ Husband etc. should be spelled correctly in the application as it appears in the Certificates/ Mark Sheets. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
5] Candidates can proceed to upload Photo & Signature as per the specifications under ‘Guidelines for photograph & signature scan & upload’ link provided.
6] Modify details, if required, and click on ‘SUBMIT’ only after verifying and ensuring that the photograph, signature uploaded and other details filled are correct in all respects.
7] After filling in all relevant details, click on ‘Submit’ Tab and proceed for payment.
